Ans:After loggin in,go to the mediaction page under "My profile".You can search for your medication by name and select the appropriate one from the list.Enter the dosage and schedule.

Q:What should i do if i forget my password?

Ans:If you forget your password,click on the "Forget Password link on the login page.Enter your email address and you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

Ans:To order a prescription online,go to the "Order Refills"section,select medication you need to refill and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Q: How do i register as a pharmacist on your platform?

Ans: To register as a pharmacist, go to the “Practitioner“ section on the home page. Fill out the required information, including name, contact details, license number, and professional background.Once you submit your registration, our team will review your credentials and notify you upon approval

Q: What type of services can i offer as a pharmacist?

As a registered pharmacy, you can offer various services, including medication consultations, drug interaction checks, health advice, and prescription management. You can provide these through phone calls, video consultations, or in person meetings, depending on your preference and availability.

Q: Are there any fees for using the platform?
